ARKÍS received 1st prize in a design competition for a nursing home in Seltjarnarnes. ARKÍS' collaborators on the design team were Hnit engineering and Landark landscape architects. The team's advisors were Júlíus Rafnsson, Mads Östergaard architect and engineer Gunnar Kristjánsson.
