ARKÍS architects are among the authors of the first BREEAM Communities assessment in Iceland. The planning project is a 200 residence local plan in the Urridaholt development in Gardabaer.
With sustainable plannig, concious steps are taken to meet current demands without diminishing future generation's possibilities of fulfilling their needs
