ARKÍS has become licenced to assess new developments and planning in accordance with BRE Global's BREEAM Communities. ARKÍS is the first Icelandic firm to receive the BREEAM Communities Licence, but ARKÍS is also licenced to asess buildings according to the BREEAM International scheme.
