ARKÍS architects have joined Nordic Built, a Nordic initiative to accelerate the development of sustainable building concepts. The charter was signed by the Minister of the Interior and representatives of the design team for a new prison at Holmsheidi; ARKÍS architects, Mannvit, Verkís and VSI.
The new prison at Holmsheidi will undergo a BREEAM assessment, which fits well to the 10 key principles of Nordic Built.
