A new warehouse-hotel opened last Friday in Riga in Lithuania. The building is owned by SMI. This is f. ex. Jysk - linen and furniture´s main warehouse for all the Balcan countries. ARSO, ARKÍS designed the building and ARSO, HNIT were the supervisors in the building stage. The building is 52.000 m2 and one of the most advanced warehousehotels in the world.
