Laugarvegur

1st prize in competition.

Planning of the cities main shopping street, Laugavegur.  The main focus of the renovated street is the pedestrian traffic and the multifunctional use of the streetspace as a flexible place for cars, bicycles, people and pop-up extentions of the existing shops and restaurants.

The proposal aims for a clear and coherent street scape, providing a relaxed framework for diverse street culture.
