Planning of a new ecological suburb in Garðabær. Designed in collaboration with John
Thompson and Partners, Alta, Landslag, Arrowstreet, Tekton, COWI, Futurecity, Alan
Baxter and Associates, Línuhönnun, VST og Fjölhönnun. Awarded 2nd prize at the inter-
national awards, LivCom, in 2007 and the Boston Society of Architects Award in 2007.
